yes becuse most western woman are very shallow and need to spend 3 hours putting on there make up.without it thay look rough

In my opinion it depends on the female(s) in question. I'd have to literally look at the girls in question , I can only "judge" people that way ; individually. I've seen some East European women who are fantastic looking, others.... not so much. Same with central and Western Europeans. Personally my own "taste" runs towards southern European women, Mediterranean for example, or, Latin American, Persian, Arab, what have you. I don't like real "pale" girls with very white or pinkish skin and very blonde or red hair. But that's just a matter of personal taste. As for the differences, usually I feel I can "tell" when a girl , here in America for instance, is of immediate Eastern European , or Russian, descent. They tend to (again, TEND to, but certainly not ALL) have a certain "look" that's hard to describe in words, just like the men do as well. It's a Slavic look, if you know what I mean by that. Again, it's something I would need a picture to show you some examples.

It's not possible to make such a sweeping generalisation; however as I am in a relationship with a lady from Bucharest, I would personally say in her case yes!
One feature of Eastern European women that can make them more beautiful is less of a reliance on artificial enhancements.

It's horses for courses. I live in Budapest and get bored by the amount of times I'm told Hungarian women are beautiful.
There are some stunners here, but there are everywhere.
I saw far more natural beauty when I lived in Sweden than I do here. BUT I prefer blondes, hence the horses for courses...

depends on what you prefer, but the western culture entitles you to more freedom, which is why some people liek to dress with revealing clothes, whereas eastern women don't and some people might prefer that..it's all preference really!

Not generally. I've seen some of them too much pale, missing in their face the bright fiercy glow of healthy life.
The most beautiful women are still generally seen in Western Europe.
