When Mr. George W. Bush came into power, the private army you talked about is a professional Army not a private army, was already in place. That's the reason there is no draft. And this Army is to protect the United States of America. You have to know that the USA is compose of, rich, poor, middle class, blacks , whites , Asians, sick, healthy, gays, non gays, ugly, women , men ,etc. etc. and you. Why it is that you want to look so stupid,,, please!!!

I'm not sure... but doubt, that you are a serious person. However, to provide you with some input I would suggest that you first do a bit more research re your question. To date, there is no proposed private army for the United States.

You mean the Civilian Reserve Corps, which would be able to hire civilians to help the military.
The following areas would be considered, as the military itself acknowledges that it doesn't have the knowledge base for these: personal security, transportation, civic administration, civilian police and administration, etc.
It's for use when the military is deployed.

A competitive job market for the military? Isn't it interesting that he wants to pay people more money to fight wars? What will this do to our military? How much more will it cost taxpayers, for the next war? Odd that Bush would call for what aided in the fall of the Roman Republic? Privately owned legions?
