Indians prefer Western developed country job since in India there are many types of interference. First is people interfere. No.2 the various government departments interfere without any valid reasons; 3. there is a big unproclaimed war going on between males and females in India. 4. In India people cheat and loot; 5. Indians in India are non transactable; On the other hand in USA people dont interfere to the extent of in India. In USA people respect Government rules and abide by it whereas Indians look for rules.

The money value of usa is higher than the indian rupee, one dollar equals 45/46 rupee, when u earn 6000 $ dollars per month just calculate how much a person earns, so that he can able to give a luxurious life to the people who live in India, today everyone needs a comfortable life and also foreign companies hire indians for their hard work, skills and talents, when we experience some technical skills we can come back to India to do the service to our nation for the rest of our life!

Because they feel that they can earn more in foreign jobs. Also, some feel that girls are easily available in free societies. It might hurt some foreigners but an average Indian feels this way.
