Dreamgirls was a great movie and I agree with you.It should have been nominated.

I loved Dreamgirls. I haven't seen the other movies, so I can't really say which was best. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Even the Academy.

Why should a movie that made almost no money be nominated. That is what annoys me the most. The movies that win everything are the movies nobody wants to watch.

the reason is I think, a movie that impresses you one time is not worth the nomination.. a movie about a theme that is controversial, historical and not merely artistic, is more powerful

I didn't see it, but I was shocked that it didn't get nominated simply for all of the hype about it.
