Almost every database will let you export data as CSV (Comma Separated Value) format or as Microsoft Excel format, so as long as the tables are basically the same in both databases, it shouldn't be too hard.

email me if you have trouble exporting the data from Access. I'm not really a MySQL expert, so you may have to figure that part out yourself.

Not sure about MySQL, but Microsoft SQL server can be linked to Access.
