White - 2,138
Hispanic - 323
Black - 280
Asian - 53
Other - 58
Unknown - 36

I do watch the news, and I don't see this. I see lots of different people dying. If you mean why are a large purportion of troops dying black, then the answer will be....
Because there are more blacks in the military than there are in the general population (percentage wise) this is because...and I hate to say this, because it teters on racism....but most troops are from lower income families....how many sons of senators do you see in the army? I can count on my hand....with all my fingers chopped off.

Actually if you watched the news and kept up on current events and was not just into racial profiling you would know that as of December 02-2006 just over 10% of US casualties in Iraq are black soldiers. Any dead soldier matters as the only make one flag to drape coffins for dead heroes race does not matter when you fight shoulder to shoulder with someone and they put their life in your hands and yours in theirs. You should be ashamed.

You need to go to the CNN casualty list, trust me it is not all black faces you will see.....You will see men and woman of every race, of different ages....The people the troops are fighting with don't care what race the troops are....

Not only black troops dear. Every single ethnicity enlisted is being killed out there. War and death ais not racists.

That's not true--I see websites with lists of those who have died and they are not all blacks at all--they are Americans--black or white or brown or yellow---it doesn't matter. I do watch the news all the time.

You havent seen what ive seen then. In fact of all the news ive seen I dont believe I have ever seen a black soldier wounded are dead. I know they have though, and as far as I care it dont make a bit of difference what color they are............stupid question. Why dont you grow some balls and join?

I live near Ft. Bliss, TX and we recently lost several soldiers out there, NONE of them were African Americans. They were Caucasians.
Everyone out there is getting hurt severely or fatally and it's not designated to one particular race, it's all races!

Oh yeah, it's fixed. It's the government's grand plan to get rid of young black males! We send everyone over there, but have a deal with the insurgents to only shoot black ones! I can't believe you figured it out, nobody thought you people would be smart enough! Damn!
