You catch the seam accordingly to swing the ball. To Outswing for a right handed batsmen you keep the shining side of the ball towards the off. Vice Versa for Inswing.If you stretch ur index and middle finger and place the seam right in between them it will be a leg cutter.

First you have to wear nonrestrictive, loose clothing (it works better with no underwear.) Then you rotate your hips in a circular fashion. You should start to feel your balls swinging at this point. Increase the speed of your hip rotation and your ball speed will increase as well. After you have reached maximum hip rotation, you will have reached the maximum speed of your ball swing. Hope this helps. PS. You can possible injure yourself doing the ball swing, be very careful.
