Hey I had a friend with benefits and I lost my virginity to him, but I was concerned too much to keep my mouth shut. I told my very closest confidencial friends that I knew wouldn't tell him.
Well one of them did and he won't have sex with me anymore!
So is not telling ANYONE a part of having a friend with Benefits?

sounds like he just used you for a piece of @$$. I don't think he wanted anyone to know that he had slept with you. I don't think you want him as a friend with benefits, I think you want something more serious. Yes when you have a friend with benefits you probably shouldn't tell anyone your sleeping together. good luck. ♥

If your "closest confidential friends" knew that you lost your virginity to him and voiced that to him, that is why he bailed. Sounds like you want a little more than a FWB type of situation, and him being your first puts him in a hard spot. You might turn the feelings from having your first sexual experience into "love" and some people are not interested in being ones "first love".
The whole purpose of FWB is to have someone you can hang out with on occasion, be yourself with, without the attachment of "relationship rules".Sex with them is supposed to be no strings attached.
Part of being with anyone is not blabbing to friends. If you have ONE friend that you share things with, that is one thing. But if you tell more than one person you are either bragging, or trying to impress people.
There is no winning him back in this situation. He was never yours to begin with. If you want to find someone to have meaningful sex with, get a boyfriend.

Win him back???? Having a friend with benefits is one of the stupidest, immoral things there is. It's like being a prostitute without a paycheck. Why did you have to run your mouth? You surely weren't proud of this. You sound immature and in need of doing some growing up.

Concerned? About what? One thing you need to keep in mind is that a friend with benefits is not much higher on the scale than casual sex, or a one night stand that goes on longer. It sounds like you fell in love with him, and he senses this and thats why he's bailing. Go talk to him, and if you do this again, keep it to yourself.

You know, I speak as a big fan of the friends with benefits thing because it works for my lifestyle, but that seems dumb to me. I don't think you should be told what you can and can't tell you best friends, maybe you should ask him about it and it might be that he's embarassed of what he did (not necessarily with you). So I suggest keeping all that stuff to yourself anyway because you never know who you can and can't trust with that kind of information.

I didn't think friends w/ benefits was a secretive thing...I always tell my girlfriends about my sexual experiences, boyfriend or not. Why would he get mad if you told someone about it...i think he's got something to hide and maybe you shouldn't have anything to do with this guy.
