Each player is dealt 2 cards. Once betting is done, the flop is dealt, consisting of 3 additional cards. Another round of betting starts, then the another card is dealt, the turn card. Yet another round of betting then comes the flop. The player to make the best hand with 5 of the 7 cards wins. You get dealt 2 down cards, then after betting they show 3 cards that all of the players can use - after betting they show one more card, then after betting they show one more. Then you make the best hand out of all 7 cards.
