If you are trying to add a photo to your profile, on your main page at the top it will say add photos. Once you click on the link it will take you to an upload area. The photo will have to be saved to your hard drive to be able to be loaded. Click browse and pull up the image you want to add.
For music and videos you will need the html code to add to your page. Music can be added though through their music area byt clicking add in the player on the artists page.

You go into "add/edit photos" and click on the button that says "browse". From there find the picture you'd like to upload and select it. Hit enter and it'll upload to your profile. good luck!

Go to TinyPic.com. Upload the pic and then copy the HTML they give you anywhere on your page.

And there's your picture!
