Hey guys do you know the secret to be a more determoned person? i really need some help... I have wonderful ideas and plans, but I am very week to put them in pratice, my self esteem is a little bit down... can you give me some advises?

if you can't be determined for yourself think of this , if you don't succeed in life what can you do to help those you love ?
your mother needs an op but she doesn't have the money how are you going to help ? be determined now to prevent yourself ever having to answer this question with "i can't"

if you want to follow through with something, like doing a project, or loosing weight, or redecorating. something along those lines, i always needed to reward myself. if there wasn't a reward at the end, i wasn't really motivated. but when there was, i had something to look forward to. you also always have to believe in yourself, you can't tell yourself that you can't do it, tell yourself you can! soon enough you will reach your success!
