Yes, it can work. I know a lady who was my ex-manager from a previious job. She is a pisces, and her husband is a libra. It all depends on your planets in a synastry chart compatability make-up. There is more at hand than just your sun sign alone...You want to focus on your personal planets like you moon for emotional connection, venus to see whether you sense of taste and creature comfort meshes and last but not least mars for sexual compatibilty.
