Usually by purchasing a lift ticket you've waived the resort of all liability for lost or stolen articles as well as personal injury while on their property.

If you were on vacation, which I assume, did you get vacation insurance? If not you'll have to file a police report and hope for the best.

Can you? Of course. Frivolous lawsuits are filed all of the time.

I doubt you will find an attorney to waste his time on this, so you are on your own. Oh, and you have no chance...ZERO...of winning.
