I have no friends....?
I am in grad school and I live with my fiancee and his brother for the time. I am 22 years old, and I am the youngest person in my masters program. All of the other women are married already, have kids, or some other life circumstance...so all of the people I come in contact with can't really go out or anything like that--they are just people to talk to at school. I used to have friends at my old college, but I moved away, worked full time for a year (had friends there) and now I am here, and all I have is my fiance and my mom. What should I do? It kind of makes me sad sometimes.

My advice would be to get a hobby, such as drinking cheap wine and shooting out streetlights. Sounds like fun to me!

within the school there must be some clubs groups or meetings that people go to regardless of what age they are or what programs they study. i am thinking you might meet some one there . go to some that are not serious academic groups but instead are more fun sort of things.
as well what about a gym .
the bars the people go to you might go there with your fiance and meet some woman you like.
your a smart person look at this matter as a second person would and figure this out .
you do need to have friends for sure being engaged is nice sure but there are stresses involved too. you mom sure she may be great but she is still mom.
wish i could be your friend i am lacking in that department too .
good luck smile and hunt for the friend making spots .

You and your fiance should go out and socialize. That's a good way to meet people and establish friendships. Of course everyone you meet will not be the right people who should form a bond with. Just go for it and have fun.
