Because most people are lazy and don't want to work they just want a paycheck. They say hire young it is better yea to who? They want to talk to their friends all day fix their hair and makeup not work. That is why you can't find good help.

Yes it is. You look around at all the "help' and you see these weird, tatooed, multi-pierced freak punks and what do you think? I would never hire someone that chose to look like that. All those things scream, "Hey, in today's crazy job market, I want to look as unemployable as I can!" I would hire a clean-cut, professional looking person, yet, that is so rare these days.
