i recently bought an electronic pelvic floor exerciser to tighten up my pelic floor since giving birth,. has anyone else tried them and has it worked?

I was informed love eggs do the trick too. Only watch out they're magnetic so you don't wanna be on an escalator, they'll be going down or in the frozen food isle as you will be drawn to the freezers! I was informed it is a good idea for all woman as it will decrease the likelihood of incontinence in later life, funnily enough by my health and fitness teacher!

No, but one of the best things you can do is pilates.... excellent and safe way of strengthning pelvic floor muscles and the rest of the body x

i havent personally but one of my friends have and she swears by it, she used to have a weak bladder after having her baby, but has found after afew months, she doesnt have to worry about laughing too hard anymore, hope u find it works for u too.
