In what context ? clinically there is no definition, crazy is a laypersons term. A disturbed person is someone who acts bizarre and out of control, unable to interact with others in a healthy manner. it means not having the ability to reason or to function, to differentiate between fantasy and reality. To define crazy is asking to define normal.
