In what context ? clinically there is no definition, crazy is a laypersons term. A disturbed person is someone who acts bizarre and out of control,unable to interact with others in a healthy manner. it means not having the ability to reason or to function, to differentiate between fantasy and reality. To define crazy is asking to define normal.

Handling a situation in the same manner over and over and expecting a different outcome. I have been crazy a lot. That also could be considered being thick headed and extremely stubborn!
