Honestly, you get pains ALL over when you are pregnant! Especially now that you are getting big, and the baby is growing and moving! I wouldn't worry too much!! And calling the doctor is always a must, ya never know!! But my opinion, just normal pains!! You got a lot of extra weight, it's normal you are doing great!!! Good luck and congrats!!! ;)

You're doing the right thing in calling your doctor, but unusual pain can be perfectly normal (as long as you're not bleeding), I mean your uterus is stretching quite a bit to accomodate a human being. Relax. You are doing the best thing you can. Make yourself some herbal tea and wait for the doctor to get in. I'm sure you will be fine!

EDIT TO POST: Hey, let us know how you're doing, I'm hoping everything turned out okay!

Could be trouble, or it could just be the baby rolling around on your innards. Yeah, just wait and see what the doctor says. Try not to get too worried about it in the meantime.

Yes I would be worried too. I would not walk. Keep still until you can talk to your doctor. Lie down.

it could be "round ligament" pain. there's ligaments that hold your uterus, and they are now being stretched out. they can get painful... especially when you're active, or when you roll over at night. but i'm glad you're discussing it with your doctor!
