The Democrats have a plan: lose in Iraq and tie the failure to Bush, thereby 1) exterminating his "legacy" and 2) ending the foreign deployment of U.S. troops in the war on terror.

Funny how the Democrats and terrorists have the same agenda.

What makes you think they have not submitted a plan? Just because you haven't heard of one in the media? What makes you think for one moment that the public is privy to all that goes on behind closed doors in Washington? Do you, unlike most republicans, have friends or family in Iraq or Afghanistan? Cut and Run has nothing to do with it. We need to bring our military home....this is a war we cannot win. In fact last time I looked it wasn't even really termed a War anymore. Shades of Vietnam! When we figure out that we are NOT the worlds police force and that we need to take care of ourselves more and the world less we will all be better off. .

The only plan for success in Iraq is the one that isn't working. It is not going to work and we are only digging our nation further into debt. I am sure that most of the world knows that we shouldn't have started this war and are wasting young lives and futures.

Because if they came up with something and it didn't work, people would be able to point out their failure. Consequently, they offer nothing, and spend their time picking apart any plan that is offered from the other side. The Democrats cannot govern; all they can do is attack those who can govern.

Troop withdrawal is a plan, you aren't paying attention. Why do they need a plan anyhow? We are winning right?

Guess we wouldn't even need to be discussing this had Bush actually been "successful" in Iraq.

*sigh*...but thanks for pointing that out.
