If you are only 4-5 weeks then no(I am also 5 weeks and don't feel anything.) With all 3 of my babies I do believe I was between 16-20 weeks before I started feeling the "knot" while laying on my stomache.

Actually, It depends on the person. When I was 4 weeks I actually already felt a bump when I laid on my belly. That's actually how I knew I was pregnant. So, the people that are telling you no, well that might be true for them, but I know that I did so you might too.

I was very thin when I was newly pregnant and I don't remember feeling something lying on my stomach but I do remember my jeans feeling weird around that area before they really got tight.

no you shouldn't be able to feel anything yet, your uterus at 8 weeks is the size of a grapefruit, so I guess maybe it passable if you were really thin to be able to feel it but probably not, is it passable you are further a long than you thought

your baby is sooooo tiny right now that you couldnt feel it yet.also your baby is still down in your pelvic area.not yet in your belly!you might just be felling gas bubbles which are common in early pregnancy
