Just out of curiosity, what is your occupation or do you do a lot of keyboarding or that sort of thing? If so, you may possibly have carpal tunnel syndrome (symptoms include numbness in pinky and ring finger as well as pain). See your doctor to be sure.

u could have hit it or had an algeric reaction to something .. something similar happend 2 me like that.. just one day my right arm became soar and then the pains went down my right side to my legs and and it hurt like it was soar from being hit .. shoot i thought i was fighting in my dreams ..but then a few days later it just went away .. and i never had those pains again ..
