Has anyone read Inside my Heart by Robin Mcgraw?

Have any of you women read this,I liked it but I can't live for my family and take care of them and shove my own needs to the side,I feel I am not being selfish by wanting some me time.I don't want to end up regretting having kids and a husband in the long run because they drained the life out of me and didn't care how i felt....I love them but i can be the perfect mother and perfect wife and never want time to myself.....what are your thoughts on the book?
