house consists of 2 large bedrooms, 1 small bedroom, 1 medium kitchen, 1 average dining room, 1 average living room, 1 average hallway leading upstairs to windowless landing, bathroom does not require plastering. House is large window 1966 built semi.

go down the pub and ask around for anyone who can plaster that wants to earn some cash , you'll probably find a professional plasterer who also claims dole who will do it for £50 a room .

you are looking at £1500 but if you get a price but the plaster yourself then it will work out cheaper than the plasterer supplying it.

We paid £150 for our dining room last year which is approx 10ft x 20ft.

be sensible here ..your house is your most valuable possession..get a cheap spread and he could give you more problems than you ever had expect to pay 1200 to 1500
