Does anyone know Whittier Friendly Hills Estates?

I have been considering purchasing a home in the Estates area of Friendly Hills- but heard something from a local that I would like to confirm.
Was this an old burial ground of the Indians? And lets say it was a old burial ground, what type of superstitions or thoughts would take place? Does anyone know the tribe that lived in that area?

The best thing to do would be call the Realtors directly and ask them, or call the local newspaper in that area and ask them to look into it for you.
Personally, I don't think you're in any danger if you purchase a home there.
