I don't completely understand the question but I can't resist commenting on the idea of free money. The government TAKES money from people and gives it to someone else. The only people who think its free are the people who take it even though it really doesn't belong to them.

Free money? You mean like the money that they give to illegal immigrants and to people who are on welfare who should be working (not talking about disabled people. I'm talking about people who are totally capable of working, but choose not to)?
No wonder people who work hard support conservative sides (both conservative Democrats and Republicans). They work hard for their money and don't feel that people who DON'T work should get it.
