Media Player said"no device found"..what the heck happened and how do I correct it...I never had to install anything when I got it..it was WMP compatible right out of the box!!

it sounds like you might have accidently switched your mp3 from MTP mode to MSC mode. MTP mode is used for transferring media, MSC mode is used to treat the mp3 player as if it is a jump drive (external harddrive mode basically). Go to the settings on your mp3 player and see if you can switch it back to MTP.

First discover out the place the songs from limewire are.Then upload the to the windowsmedia participant library. Then on the sunchorisation tab elect a device. remember the device will purely teach once you have linked it on the gadget and if mandatory put in it. Then purely elect the songs you opt to put in your mp3 participant then click start up.AN you're off

plug in the device then go to my computer, see if the device shows up next to harddrive or cdrom, if so just double click it then open a new window with music files and click and drag, those things can be tricky you might also wanna downlaod the latest media player

If these MP3s are on a Directory on your PC, just go Open, and select the directory.
If it is in a Device, just do the same for the Device... works for me.

Make sure you use the cable that came with the player to connect to your computer. Other cables can cause this problem even if they appear to be compatible.
