I think music is definitley taking a down ward slide but in my open the 3 biggest bands (not nessisarly best) are :
U2
Green day
Coldlay.

I would say Snow Patrol, The Fray and Nickelback had lots of songs out and are played 24/7 on the radio. Let us know what the choice are or what the conclusion is!
