it is gsm, a quadband (850/900/1800/919000 mhz) so it will work anywhere in the world and with any carrier that gots gsm, at first it will be locked with cingular anyway in the united states

It's a GSM quad band phone but unfortunately it's not 3G. which is stupid really.
It looks amazing, but for the money there are other phones out there that offer a lot more and that are a lot more advanced.
