Nice young man gone astray. He's way too far into the liberal side of the range for me, and I suspect for many. I feel he has given the Democratic Party credit for much of what was done by a few great and worthy individuals and some rhetoric which most Democrats never realized would revolutionize the country so much.
Face it: a surprising number of Democrats do not actually like black people and Jews and civil rights and all of that, but they use them. The Democrats need a smack in the face to stop taking various "minorities" for granted. Given that the Republican Party is not the place for them, I suspect a great many will be voting Libertarian this time. They know that most political issues are economic issues in disguise, and that a free market has a better chance of improving their lives than the bureaucracy ever could.

He reminds me of Bill Clinton because he's a polished speaker, and can relate to an audience really well. He's "wet behind the ears" but would be a MUCH BETTER president than George W Bush. Of course that's not saying much at all.
I think Obama is probably a good guy, and I will vote for him if he wins the Democrat nomination for President. I don't think I'd vote for him in a Primary though.

He's a sight better than Hillary but I could say the same about Daffy Duck. I still disagree with his philosophy and don't think he has a chance of getting the nomination because of Hillary. That may be a good thing. It seems very unlikely the American public would elect Hillary so we may be better off if she gets the nomination.

I had forgotten what a real leader in Washington sounded like until I heard Obama speaking. Christ...after the past six years of listening to Bush, hearing Obama speak is like listening to a John Williams orchestra.
