should there be term limits for all elected officials?

Should Senators and Representatives and Federal judges be held to term limits like the President?

If not, why?

No Peter L... They do have to run for reelection every 4 years but they have no time limit they can serve. Federal Judges are placed in their job for life.

Absolutely. It should be the same as the president. This would not only open up the government for more representation with more parties, but cut down on corruption.

I agree that there must be term limits for the abode and Senate. i'm no longer as offered on the excellent courtroom, because of the fact they are judges, no longer politicians (a minimum of they do no longer look to be meant to be), and there should be some stability. yet i admire the assumption of term limits for Congress.

I thought that senators and rep.s did have term limits. From what I remember in history class, they have something like six yr. terms. I think the supreme court justices are the ones who don't have exact terms.

Terms limits are great but guess what.
Those people who should be limited those states won't pay them.
Those states that do pass them put in people that should be there.

I say either all have term limits or none.
