It depends on what team's jersey you're wearing. And if you're team is winning, don't be obnoxious about it, even if the Rangers fans are obnoxious to you. I'd say as long as it isn't an Islanders, Devils, or Flyers jersey, you should be okay.

lol that sections high.. yeah sure i was in the 300's someplace. Im a ranger fan, don't like the devils.. but i wouldnt pick on anyone in a nj jersey.. it depends mostly on whos there. If somebody does make a big deal out of it just fight back, its your team anyway. Most Ranger fans hate the devils so i see where your going.. but it should be alright. so yeah, go ahead & cheer..

Yeah you won't get hurt or hit or anything, you'll get bashed if you're team is losing, Rangers fans are dedicated and true blue. You might even get on the big screen if your sitting near a guy wearing a Rangers jersey (not too hard to do). BOO... YAAY... BOO... YAAY (yeah you get it). I'm a true Ranger fan, stuck with the team through the last years of missing the playoffs.

MSG is a pretty fan friendly environment, not too many Yahoos and you'll be fine there. That being said, don't be "that guy" either. If you get all liquored up and obnoxious, and the Rangers start to lose, you might catch some flack.

As long as you are not sitting up in the blue section you are OK. That is where the hardcore fans are. I have seen many a fight up there.
