end of playing time 4th quarter there was a violation let's say out of bounds and the signals sound a player argueing to the referee or umpire and he was talking unneccesary words towards the officials.Can the referee allow to call for a technical foul to the player,coach,assistant coach etc.even the sounds signal for the end of playing time??

if the player and the ref are on the court and the camaras are still rolling then yes. if he is on the street he can blow his whistle all he wants aint no one going to protect him.

Most certainly. If the player was cursing the officials, any referee would have been justified in doing the same. It's a matter of control and respect. And even though the horn was sounding, signifying the end of the game, the incident took place with time on the clock.

The rule is a offical does not lose his power until he has left the court. So yepp he can

yes they can it happens in some NBA games. trust me i have seen it a couple of times. well i hope this helps
