Dear Computer Geeks!!!!!!?

Question

I know you guys will know this answer. In my office of 10 employees, we have a time clock on the computer where they can clock in and out. These are password protected, but I know that you could change the clock in the computer which will also change the timeclock time. How can I make it so either that clock does not show up on the bottow tool bar or lock it so it cannot be changed. We are on a network and the server is in my office.

Might be easier to set a logger to see if anybody is doing this, and, if they are, then nail their butts to the floor..
