the dvd/cd drive dows not work on my pc, I see in device manager there is a yellow exclamation mark on TEAC DW

I have done what was suggested, thanks for those, went on device mgr., selected uninstall of TEAC DW-22 4E-B , and then went to actions and scan for hardware changes, and go this message "windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware, the driver may be corrupted or missing code 39 " so now, do you have any more ideas ? thanks for your help !!!!

Ok u probably wanna start a search for drivers ok.. now 1st
most newer pcs past few years come with a restorration cd and maybe a drivers CD. in this case u may can select the driver u need and fix the problem if no driver cd. on a last resort u can use ur restortaion cd and choose format drive C: this i destructive any files photos music all persoanl stuff will be lost .. and not found. before i don this reformat i would search online for the driver go to the particulat website for ur pc and select the model # and swerial # for ur pc and lots time they will have most the drivers u need if no luck go to the manufturer site of the cd/dvd drive, if no luck still dont give up.. yet.. now the internet is ur best friend again, www.driverguide.com.. or just do a google search. this should help you if it indeed the driver which sounds like it is.. best if luck..
