Keep the friendship. Do not force a relationship while both of you have partners.

It sounds like it would work out, IF you let it happen naturally and DON'T force the issue, causing both of your partners pain. That would start the relationship phase with at least one of you feeling guilty about what you did to your ex.

Well, that's kinda tricky since you're both already involved with someone else. My husband and I were friends first and then told each other how we felt and got married.(15 yrs ago)!!! Best thing we ever did!!! We didn't tell each other for a long time, because we were friends and both were afraid to tell each other. But it didn't ruin our friendship, it made it stronger and now, well, there's just no words to explain how close we are. Have 2 kids and a wonderful life!
You wouldn't want to break up your relationship now just for you 2 to get together. You need to wait it out and see what happens. If it's meant to be, then you will both be unattached one day, and then it will work out.

you have a curve ball in there. you must determine how you feel about the person you are with now. also you need to ask how she feels about the person she is with. if she really loves the person she is with it will be best to leave this the way they are. if you really love her and being the good friend you are you want her to be happy.

even if that happiness is with someone else. but if she its really in love with them and your not head over heels for the person you are with; then i would go for it.

just my 2 cents

As long as you're in a relationship you shouldn't tell her anything, it's not fair to your partner. If you were single I would tell you you that you need to let her know about your feelings.

TELL HER YOUR FEELINGS THAT THINGS WILL SOON CHANGE FOR THE BETTERNESS OF THE TWO OF YOU VERY SOON. SHE WILL BE EAGER TO KNOW WHAT GOOD THINGYOU HAVE FOR HER AND ON THE THIRD DAY TELL HER ALL WHAT YOU FEEL ABOUT HER AND SHE WILL BE YOURS FOREVER. GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
