no, but I was raised around latinos so I know that just because someone speaks spanish that doesn't mean they are mexican.
They could be puerto rican, dominican, cuban (like my grandpa), columbian, brazilian, spanish, ecuadorian and the list goes on and on and on!

NO! Everyone who speaks Spanish is not a Mexican. That's ridiculous. Do you know how many countries have Spanish as their first language??? Puerto Ricans speak Spanish. El Salvadorians speak Spanish. Costa Ricans speak Spanish. Cubans speak Spanish. I SPEAK SPANISH & i'm Black & Puerto Rican. And the list goes on and on. The Spanish may slightly vary due to different dialects.

That's absurd. There are dozens of countries whose primary language is Spanish. And a few more were it's common, such as the Philippines, which was once a Spanish colony.

no longer "all people" calls those who talk Spanish Mexican. someone who has traveled the earth or who's conscious of alternative cultures is conscious that Spanish speaking human beings contain those from Spain, Cuba, Brazil, Panama, etc. the in many circumstances commonplace time period in case you talk Spanish is "Latino/Latina." you maximum likely are encountering persons who're ignorant to those info.
