how do i write a Shakespearean sonnet?

i need to write 14 lines and stressed syllables every other word. ababcdcdefefgg form

With a sonnet there are three quatrains and the last couplet is where you summarize. At least, this is typically the shapespearian type. So with the first quatrain of a love poem.

I love you because...

Second quatrain:
But this is concerning me...

Third quatrain:
So we should do this...

Last couplet would be a summary and usually has a slightly different feel than the rest of the sonnet.
