the biggest problem would be how much to pay yourself

I would hope a sole survivor would worry more about physical problems more than economics, because obviously he or she wouldn't be a "sole survivor". Some bacteria, viruses and insects will survive also, and the human would then be exposed to those "survivors'" whims and needs.

To me, this is an odd homework or test question...

If a person was the sole survivor there would be no economical problems because that one person would no longer owe anything.......hence....no economics....and the human race would soon die out unless it were a woman who could find an intact fertility clinic and artificially impregnate herself and restart the human race.......

For a sole survivor, economic problems would cease to exist. You can't import or export goods to yourself, you'd own your own currency (cockroaches), and productivity would become meaningless, because there'd be no-one to compete with.

On the plus side, you could always eat your money - delicious fried with butter and garlic....so I'm told.

Is that one big nuclear explosion or what? Thanks to economic specialization, people today are not conditioned to be self sufficient, so he'd have trouble meeting a variety of his needs.
