Walmart is not a government. They do not have to follow anything. They could hire all whites, or all Asians and care less about others. The only thing they cannot do is discriminate against anyone based on race or gender and national origin. Of course if they hire 500 people and all were Asians they could be in trouble. This is because as usual the blacks could come ahead and say "Oh... we cannot find any jobs so now we are going to sue you. You must have discriminated"

No they don't need to comply with affirmative actions because Walmart is a company

I don't know where you live, but where I'm at I can't find a white person working at our Wal-Mart. They hire Muslims, handicapped, blacks, asians, mexicans.......

In Michigan we outlawed affirmative action so not in our state!!

but they should hire more asians...
