how do i get the white box off my launchcast player so i can rate my songs?

my launchcast player will play music but has no display info about the song or anything because there is a white box covering it.

Try updating your Flash Player, which is used by Launchcast to display the ratings bars. To do that, go to http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash .
