Do you agree that he lost his mobility because he is distracted by his pants? It seems he's touching it at all times.

He does seem to have some discomfort with his pants because he is continuingly "adjusting" his underwear, but I definitely don't think this restricts his movement. I guess he feels that it's more important to him to wear someone to define his image, rather to seek comfort.

Nadal has always been 'distracted' by his pants. But, he's been wearing them for a couple of years now and had no trouble winning at the French Open in them. I personally think they look goofy and wish he'd get some boxers and normal shorts.

He lost his mobility because of slight injury and Gonzo was just way too good. He would not stop drilling forehands.

ha ha, that's a funny way to look at it..but anyways, I just think that Fernando Gonzales is just naturally faster than Nadal, and therefore he couldn't keep up with Gonzales' quick returns, and plus nadal had a bit of an injury, however, I did notice that Nadal was paying a lot of attention to his pants

My sister who's additionally a huge Rafa fan became like gazing all his video games in 2010 and in 2011. i think of Novak has broken off Rafa's self assurance! that's a real disgrace because of the fact on the beginning up of the 12 months i anticipated he could win 2 GS and get into 3 GS finals. properly he in many situations does greater desirable at GS than in small tourneys so we could wish his self assurance comes returned! or maybe its basically own subject concerns. BQ- a minimum of the QF.

rafa is the 2nd greatest tennis player ever without a shadow of a doubt after roger federer who is the best ever......rafa just had a bit of an injury and gonzalez played as good as anyone can play.... that injury compounded rafa's problems....rafa uncharacteristically missed some easy shots that he usually makes...maybe cause he thought he had to finish the point off quickly cause of the injury....but nadal has improved his hard court game alot....but his serve needs a helluva lot of work....it needs pace...and consistency...rafa has lost many many matches cause he couldnt serve well.....rafa also needs to come foward to take the ball early....it wasnt rafa's day....everything rafa did was going wrong and everything gonzalez did was turning into gold....thats the way it goes....atleast rafa lost to a potential finalist!!! if gonzalez plays the way he has against roger federer.....boy he could really stretch federer big time!!!!!! but rafa will be back and hopefully he will improve his game and learn from his mistakes and come back bigger and better...and hope he wins a few titles this year to finish world number 2 again!!!

Rafa was torn to shreds by the red-hot Fernando Gonzales straight sets loss.
His strategy was the reason he lost. you cant just hit balls back on hard court. It may work for him on clay but not on hard. He needed to step up to the baseline and take it to gonzales. Plus he needs to hit his shots deeper in the court.

His pants are hilariously bad. so funny how he always has to pull them out of his bum. WEDGIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
