This is such a dumb question but I need to know.. My left leg has a sometimes constant twitch in either the vein or the muscle or tendon and its always on the left side of my left leg. It is totally annoying. Why does it do that and what can be done to releive it and is there any information out there on what it is.. Thank you..

One common reason for a twitch is slight dehydration. Try drinking more fluids, preferably water. The recomended amount is 64 ounces per day. Gatorade wouldn't hurt.

You may also want to do some research on Restless Leg Syndrome. You may have more of the symptoms from this. Especially if it seems to happen more when you are resting than when you are active. If it does turn out to be electrolytes, gatorade is a great source for the sodium and electrolytes.

Shortage of electrolytes. Take a grain of salt. that should help.
