yes, in one street near me there's loads of it and it's always on the same side. it's really disgusting - is it one irresponsible dog owner that can't be bothered to walk far or once there's one there do other dog owners think it's ok to let theirs do it too?
it's a real problem, it can cause illness apart from looking disgusting and the fact that you have to dodge it constantly.

Strange that you would ask that question. When I was a little girl, it seemed like I was stepping in doggy doo on a daily bases, if not twice daily. It was horrible, and I was thinking that I was a magnet for it. However, a lot of neighborhoods have laws requiring that dog owners clean up after their dogs, hence the pooper scooper. I often see dog walkers out holding little plastic baggies, waiting for their dog to do the doo, so that they can pick it up. Otherwise, if they are caught, they can be fined. I recommend that you simply watch your step while walking. I've learned to.

yeah and its disgusting! I live in a street where theres a big patch of grass in front of my home beside the pavement and it seems that people who dont live here take their dogs for a walk to let them crap here! So one day when I was cleaning my windows, I shouted at this bloke for letting his dog log on the grass. Got a load of abuse back, but then threatened next time to photograph him and report it to the police! Havent seen him since! Was at my friends and theres a doggy doo bin in her patch, and we saw a woman let her dog plop and she didnt even pick it up and put it in the doggy doo bin! Lazy mare!!

where i live there are dozens of stray dogs crapping everywhere, anywhere,at their leisure. If owners are found they should be dealt with severely by the law. I have heard of people treading on it, walking backwards into it whilst talking to someone. I myself stood on the stuff done the splits, ended up in casualty, am still attending out-patient clinic for back injury. I can imagine anyone reading THIS reply to question, will think its a windup, I was quite fond of doggies untilthis happend, now? ?
