I feel really great and have no after affects such as nervesness,weight gain or any of those things, the only thing that bothers me is recently I GET A LITTLE FLEM IN MY THOAT and I do not know why this is coming on now after more than 7 months.

It takes a long time to clear out your lungs. I am 25 and quit smoking a year ago, I am still coughing up goo. It is completely normal.

Maybe it is your lungs finally trying to get rid of all the tar build up that you produced while smoking over the years. Consult a doctor maybe they can help

Might be a sinus reaction to the absence of nicotine and tar in your respiratory system. If it persists, ask your doctor.

Congratulations on giving up a really nasty habit and keeping the weight off.
