Pick a topic you are passionate about, and then explain why it's cool or good. For example, if you are passionate about saving whales, write a speech on why people should save the whales. Just pick something that you are really interested in.

You could do a speech about how hollywood has changed over the years, and if it's a debate you can say whether or not you like the changes.

is there any guide lines on what it should be about? you could do a speech on the dangers of drugs, or speeding, or drink driving.
i know there pretty random ideas but i was just thinking if i had a chance to talk to school kids what would i really want them to know.
if you give me more details I'll try and think of better ideas.
also what grade are you talking to? high school? upper grades?
