Hello; If you have the MS (Microsoft) Office disk, depending upon the version of Office you have, you should have the option of installing or repairing an office installation. I'd try the repair option first, if that does not work, go to your computers' control panel (start > settings > control panel > add/remove programs. When the add/rem progs panel comes up, find the word program, and uninstall it... it may also prompt you for the original Office CD, so have it handy. After the product is uninstalled, open the CD tray and push it back in (leave the CD in there; this will activate the installation program for the Office CD... some versions of office allow you to install components, (individual programs, rather than the entire CD), while others do not... if you don't have this option, try "Custom" installation, and simply choose the program you want. I've never had the problem you describe, and I'm always experimenting with troubleshooting scenarios on my home network... if I can be of further help, feel free to IM or email; mac01843. I hope this helped! Marcos

If you deleted it by accident, right click on your recycling bin, open
find the item you deleted, right click then click on restore this should help.

Insert disc, it should start on its own or click on setup.exe.

Follow the directions from there.

Don't have the disc? You are SOL.
