OK, QB isn't in the front office, and neither is QB coach or head coach. And you don't draft QB coaches or head coaches, you hire them.

That was the most uninformed answer I've ever seen.

Ozzie Newsome in Batimore and Matt Millen in Detroit are two that I can think of that are high ranking, they are both GMs. There are probably lots of them that are working in a behind he scenes role, like player scouting or development or marketing. But usually only the head coaches and GMs get noticed.

There are countless. I would recommend visiting a few team websites and finding the front office page. They usually list who the personnel are and sometimes have a biography. You could also do a search on anyone listed to see if they have been a player in the league before.

Right now jason garrett went from a QB to a QB coach this year and might get drafted by the cowboys.
