First restart your computer and press F1 and you will go in to the C-MOSS look to see if your computer can support two Hard Drives? If it can open the computer and look for an empty space for the Hard Drive there should be two extra cables not connected to anything, One a white Power cable and a long connector cable I don't remember the number of pins on it could 16, look and the flat part of the cable there should be red line on the cable this the number 1 pin when you connect the cable to the new Hard drive it should have two notches on the connector it only gos in one way. Now you have to set the jumper pins on booth hard drives one will be a master one will be a slave read your instruction manual for help. Have Fun!

You can install in an enclosure or rack provided in side the computer case.I can give you a link that deals with hard drive problems. Some drive problems can be easily fixed by yourself using easily available tools. I found the info at http://fixit.in useful. Try this site, if you can get what is required.

This is what I would do
1)open HDD box
2)jumper the HDD to master slave or CS
3)open case (tower)
4)find the IDE cable and power cable
5)put HDD into tower
6)hock up the two cable
7)put OS in CD drive
8)follow on screen step

just hook one end of the hard disk cable to the hard disk and hook the other end of the cable to the ide slot of the motherboard and hook the powersupply cable to the hard disk.if its a sata hard disk then you use the sata cables to hook to the sata slot on the motherboard.
