That money could be spent on health care, education, or any number of things that need taken care of in this country. We don't NEED to be spending that money on a war that shouldn't be happening. But that's just my opinion.

Don't be misled. Most of that money will come back to the US in one way or another. Wages, equipment purchased, bullets, bombs, etc. It is a real waste, but that is what makes the world go around.
It would be much better spent on free healthcare like we have in Canada and the US doesnt have.

yes and improve health care and built housing for the poor. i saw recently on the news that poor people living under the bridge evacuated ;another good reason to build housing.
