I DO NOT KNOW WHEN THEY WILL IMPLEMENT IT. IF THEY WANT TO GIVE SOME CONCESSION TO TRADERS WHY THEY ARE TAKING THE PATIENCE TEST OF THE TRADERS WHY THEY ARE NOT IMPLEMENTING IT.
